Clinical Research Associate II

About the Role: Precision for Medicine is a precision medicine CRO. We are recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Poland, focusing on one to two studies to become a protocol expert and ensure clinical studies are conducted per protocol and applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study, including identifying investigators and conducting site visits.
• Help prepare regulatory submissions and manage study start-up activities.
• Identify potential study risks, propose solutions, and handle conflict resolution.

What You Bring

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 2.5+ years of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or site management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the country where based (Poland).
• Ability to commit to 50-60% domestic travel including overnight stays.
• Bonus: Experience with oncology studies and study start-up activities.
