Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a warm, proactive Client Success Assistant to support UK-based businesses in delivering exceptional experiences to their customers. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and relationships are maintained to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client queries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product or service features.
  • Monitor client accounts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to escalate complex concerns and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, client success, or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet workspace, and backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended).
