About the Role: Housecall Pro is dedicated to helping home service professionals streamline operations and scale their businesses. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the dedicated primary point of contact post-enrollment, responsible for coordinating a seamless onboarding experience that builds confidence and ensures rapid product adoption for our Pros.

What You'll Do

  • Own the relationship during the initial onboarding phase, including account activation, platform training, and relationship building.
  • Guide Pros through early adoption, ensuring they realize value quickly and feel confident in their decision.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback, trends, and product insights across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support long-term retention and growth, collaborating with Account Managers to mitigate risk.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge and proactively identify expansion opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Requirement: Advanced English proficiency and availability for scheduled shifts (Monday - Friday 11am-8pm PST).
  • Bonus: Experience using AI tools to increase the quality and efficiency of work.
