Key responsibilities include:

• Handling full life-cycle recruiting for candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances
• Identifying, contacting, and pipelining cleared IT candidates
• Developing job postings and providing unforgettable candidate experiences
• Attracting talent and maintaining impeccable client service
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage, and fill current, contingent, and upcoming positions
• Coordinating with technical subject matter experts (SMEs), hiring managers, and HR for interviews and hiring processing
• Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies aligned with strategic business needs
• Learning about business development, RFPs, account management, and client interactions to succeed in the consulting world

Requirements

Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners). College degree required.
