About Nuna: Nuna is an innovative, high-impact healthcare technology pioneer building a next-generation AI health coach configured to revolutionize how chronic diseases are managed at home. For the 130 million Americans navigating a chronic condition, the traditional healthcare network provides unoptimized 15-minute visits, generic pamphlets, and unvisited portal logons. Nuna breaks this pattern by deploying an empathic, personalized digital health companion that is available at 3 AM, infinitely patient, and designed around motivational interviewing techniques. Recently selected to join the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Tech Ecosystem—a landmark public-private transformation initiative—Nuna helps patients and their families design real-world lifestyle experiments to effectively claim their lives back.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, strategically sharp, and operationally rigorous Chief of Staff, Executive Sales Team to serve as the definitive sales enablement and strategic partner to our CEO (who actively directs our global enterprise sales vertical). This high-leverage organizational seat shatters traditional manual data entry tracking loops, basic front-end layout shifting, or routine non-regulated administrative transcription filing; you will operate a high-level corporate deal advancement, executive account prioritisation, and strategic content generation laboratory. Working face-to-face with the CEO and Board Chair, you will drive enterprise-level relationships with prospective payers, large health systems, and institutional partners. This position requires a seasoned healthcare sector authority with 3–5 years of history who guides multi-million dollar high-value solution loops fluidly natively using Sales Representative and enablement primitives, writes compelling professional correspondence on behalf of executive leadership, structures custom pitch materials, and crafts relationship-driven, scalable sales workflows from scratch within a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Sales Strategy Governance: Act as the premier strategic partner and operational anchor to the CEO and Board Chair to coordinate, advance, and secure high-value partnerships natively utilizing Sales Representative guidelines.
- Enterprise Account Discovery & Prioritization: Conduct meticulous market research to discover, track, and prioritize new target healthcare organizations, identifying key clinical and corporate decision-makers.
- Executive Correspondence Engineering: Draft hyper-personalized outbound communications, high-touch follow-up sequences, and strategic engagement assets directly on behalf of the CEO.
- Tailored Pitch Asset Instrumentation: Prepare, optimize, and custom-tailor comprehensive enterprise sales decks, contextual backgrounders, and promotional materials for strategic multi-stakeholder presentations.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Harmonization: Liaise and collaborate deeply with internal product, compliance, and engineering teams to advance complex deals and enforce systemic operational alignment.
- Post-Meeting Momentum Tracking: Proactively monitor, document, and manage all post-pitch action items, ensuring complex deliverables proceed smoothly without reliance on heavy legacy sales operations teams.
- Relationship Workflow Customization: Continually analyze and recommend systemic enhancements to Nuna’s high-touch relationship sales methodologies, optimizing for scalability, flexibility, and high enterprise retention.
- AI-Native Process Acceleration: Cleverly deploy modern AI tooling and prompt frameworks to automate pipeline workflows, discover structural customer insights, and accelerate personalized outreach variations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3–5 years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Chief of Staff, Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, HealthTech Consultant, Healthcare Account Director, or matching strategic client relationship capacity.
- Mandatory Healthcare Vertical Literacy: Extensive, foundational domain experience operating across the healthcare sector (such as HealthTech SaaS, digital healthcare consulting, healthcare payer networks, provider systems, or medical device corporate tracks), backed by a strong command of enterprise strategic selling.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor, strategic companion, or operational partner directly alongside C-suite and executive leadership layers.
- Proven track record managing, facilitating, or directly supporting complex, high-value solution-based partnerships or enterprise contract sales rather than transactional commodities.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual communication strengths in English, with a verified history drafting formal correspondence for senior company leaders and tailoring copy for diverse institutional buyers.
- Highly organized, resourceful self-starter capable of managing overlapping timelines, ambiguous project guidelines, and shifting priorities smoothly.
- Tool and Infrastructure Literacy: Confident operating familiarity navigating modern customer relationship managers (preferably HubSpot CRM environments), communication systems like Slack, and Google Workspace suites.
- Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified healthcare sales enablement authorities residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior technical or growth experience operating directly within venture-backed startups, YC-backed systems, or fast-paced founder-led healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with public health reimbursement networks, Medicare/Medicaid ecosystems, or behavioral therapy commercial pathways.
- Exposure to product marketing concepts, value-based pricing architectures, or clinical business development rules.
What We Offer
- Competitive US HealthTech Strategic Remuneration: A market-competitive annual base salary calibrated precisely to your healthcare strategy and enablement history, supplemented by attractive corporate equity program options and performance features.
- 100% remote workspace infrastructure freedom from your home office setup based anywhere inside the United States, removing corporate commuting boundaries.
- Unprecedented Public-Private Impact: Elite professional credentials built by directing the flagship executive sales channels for an AI pioneer integrated into the CMS Health Tech Ecosystem.
- Comprehensive health preservation benefits, providing high-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance options along with life insurance packages.
- Access to corporate retirement provisions, generous flexible paid time off (inclusive of vacation and sick leave frameworks), and a culture celebrating bold curiosity, intellectual humility, and continuous skill refinement.
