Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. They provide high-quality ABA services to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

Opportunity Overview

CBTs are expected to begin with in-person home or school-based client services in their area. As the virtual program expands, strong performers may transition into hybrid or virtual services. Virtual opportunities are not guaranteed at the time of hire.

• Location: Washington State
• Starting Setting: In-home and/or school-based
• In-Person Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
• Virtual Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align.
• Future Opportunity: Hybrid and virtual services as the program expands

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Begin with in-home or school-based services
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
• As virtual opportunities become available, potentially provide hybrid or virtual ABA services
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will NOT be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation for in-person services
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Willingness to begin with in-person services
• Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to client care

Preferred

• Previous telehealth ABA experience
• Previous in-home or school-based ABA experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in hybrid or virtual ABA services
