Position Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous, process-oriented, and patient-centric Care Navigation Guide to join our specialized Concierge Clinical division under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open exclusively to residents within Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. Operating as an essential anchor within our post-enrollment medical coordination network, you will take absolute ownership over mapping provider networks and curating optimal medical care lists for members needing timely clinical access. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated ledger entries, general corporate sales queues, or front-end layout tweaking, you will operate an active multi-tenant clinical routing, database data verification, and internal ticketing sandbox. Partnering directly next to Registered Nurses (RNs), Care Navigation Team Leads, and external clinical network stakeholders, you will deliver highly customized options tailored to unique member constraints. This position requires an operational specialist with 1+ years of care coordination experience who handles patient telemetry parameters fluidly natively using Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, demonstrates strict attention to details, and manages operational tickets safely within fixed turnaround protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Care Optimization & Navigation Governance: Direct and manage the curation of highly refined, impactful provider accessibility pools to address member care requests natively utilizing Virtual Assistant primitives.
- Clinical Network Outreach: Connect directly with network providers, medical practitioners, and outpatient clinical facilities to confirm real-time appointment availability and operational hours.
- Complex Case Routing & RN Partnership: Collaborate close-knit naast Registered Nurses (RNs) to audit complex clinical histories, ensuring delicate medical profiles are routed to appropriate specialty clinics.
- Provider Database Optimization: Audit, cross-reference, and input complex provider registration fields, taxonomy data, and contract statuses cleanly natively deploying Data Entry workflows.
- Ticketing and System Logging Controls: Maintain immaculate, structured case documentations and system metrics within our tracking interfaces, keeping all client updates audit-ready and legally compliant.
- Trend Identification & Process Triage: Analyze day-to-day operational log lines and member constraints, formulating clear trend visibility updates for leadership cells to optimize internal playbooks natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Regulatory Guidelines Compliance: Enforce tight data privacy guardrails across all patient communications, ensuring absolute alignment with data privacy laws and healthcare industry parameters.
- Workforce Resource Utilization: Maintain absolute mastery over company-specific runtime systems, quickly adapting to modified internal workflows and software updates under tight SLA access standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of proven, successful professional experience operating within a Care Coordination, Patient Navigation, Health Insurance Support, or closely matching tech-enabled clinical administration environment.
- A minimum of 1+ years of dedicated tracking history navigating Chromebook infrastructure and cloud-native application layouts (such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Docs apps).
- Expert Information Management Command: Meticulous practical experience sorting nested directories, filtering provider pools, and tracking data across collaborative case files with zero room for data anomalies.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering calm, scannable information to individuals navigating complex medical choices.
- Location & Residency Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified healthcare administration authorities residing permanently within **Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas**.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform or consulting history driving user navigation loops explicitly inside the health insurance technology (InsureTech), managed care organizations, multi-provider medical groups, or clinical case management sectors.
- Direct operational familiarity utilizing advanced automated ticketing portals, HIPAA-compliant messaging systems, or customer relationship dashboards.
