Job Description
About the Role: Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences, serving as their trusted guide in the complex world of healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Spend 80% of your time dedicated to providing exceptional member support via email, chat, and phone calls (call-back only).
- Spend 20% of your time driving innovative Care projects tailored to your unique expertise.
- Provide swift, timely responses and crystal-clear, accurate information to members and B2B partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements, turning data insights into actionable solutions.
- Guide fellow team members and help shape the future of Care at Alan.
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for helping others and finding joy in solving member challenges.
- Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to confidently navigate digital tools and various support channels.
- Natural empathy, a calm presence, and a proactive mindset to turn ideas into action.
- Bonus: Prior understanding of the French healthcare system is a plus!
