Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and structure-driven Campaign Marketing Manager to direct the execution and synchronization of our multi-channel integrated campaigns under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Reporting directly to the General Manager for Daily 30, you will own the end-to-end delivery of ZOE-wide marketing moments spanning flagship brand platforms, commercial growth launches, and always-on content messaging. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, basic support ticket transcription, or repetitive manual tasks, you will operate an active cross-functional timeline governance, high-impact publisher briefing, and growth channel experimentation laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed creative, product, engineering, growth, and analytics cells, you will transform high-level marketing strategy into precise, structured, and scannable execution plans. This position requires an operational marketer with 3–5+ years of scaling history who maps campaign lifecycles fluidly natively using Social Media Manager, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing primitives, commands strong project management skills, and leverages generative AI workflows to maximize content iteration and analysis speeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Governance: Direct the full-lifecycle, end-to-end deployment of cross-company marketing initiatives, managing the global brand calendar across growth, product, and monetization moments natively utilizing Social Media Manager and channel best practices.
- Actionable Strategic Instrumentation: Translate ambiguous marketing directives into detailed, high-quality asset plans, aligning internal stakeholder expectations, channel requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Three-Tiered Output Control: Oversee execution across multiple campaign tiers—encompassing Tier 1 brand storytelling moments, Tier 2 commercial growth initiatives (such as gifting, Cyber 5, partnerships, and product launches), and Tier 3 always-on organic or CRM channel alignments.
- Cross-Functional Tribe Synthesis: Coordinate channel owners across Brand, Performance Growth, Content Production, Product Management, and Graphic Design cells to ensure all assets execute to an exceptional standard.
- Growth Channel Experimentation: Test, analyze, and scale emerging acquisition layers, managing programs across Affiliate Marketing, product gifting networks, local sampling, and strategic influencer collaborations.
- Advanced AI Workflow Integration: Embed modern generative AI tools and machine learning utilities into everyday workflows to accelerate creative copywriting briefs, content iteration sets, and qualitative asset scaling speeds.
- Data-Driven Optimization Diagnostics: Monitor campaign performance parameters across digital channels, transforming performance analytics data into scannable insights and actionable feedback loops for future roadmaps.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Keep up with changing media landscapes, tech competitor playbooks, and modern conversion tactics to consistently maintain ZOE’s strategic market differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3–5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating within an Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Lead, Digital Growth Specialist, or closely matching tech-enabled client acquisition capacity.
- Expert Multi-Channel Command: Demonstrated background successfully building, shipping, and optimizing end-to-end marketing initiatives across modern digital surfaces—explicitly including social channels, email marketing networks, paid acquisition layers, and content ecosystems.
- Outstanding project management and organizational habits, with a verified ability to navigate high-concurrency campaigns and align matrixed stakeholders inside fast-paced startup frameworks.
- Practical working literacy integrating generative AI utilities and prompt-scaffolding models within a modern marketing production or analysis context.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication strengths in English, with an established history authoring pristine, definitive asset briefs for creative teams.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified digital growth and marketing authorities residing permanently within the United Kingdom or the European Union.
