Call Center Representative

About the Role: At Urrly, fairness matters. We help members get the care they need by booking, confirming, and following up on appointments. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to take ownership of the first step in patient care, ensuring a smooth scheduling process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to book appointments and take inbound calls from members.
• Update scheduling systems accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on missed visits and escalate urgent needs when necessary.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of call center, scheduling, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Reliable, on-time work habits with a preference for stable hours and clear tasks.
