Job Description
About the Role: Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, helping organizations secure and understand their data. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead complex analytics initiatives, partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product, and deliver accurate, trusted dashboards and analyses.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives and solve ambiguous analytical problems independently.
- Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy.
- Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts.
- Design advanced queries, validation logic, and perform performance tuning in SQL.
- Create complex, reusable data flows and advanced dashboard designs in Tableau and Tableau Prep.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, with ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Tableau, Databricks, and Python (data analysis and validation scripts).
- Strong understanding of statistics (regression concepts) and data modeling awareness (grain and joins).
- Strong analytical judgment, ability to frame insights in business terms, and ownership of data quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
