About the Role: Stratosphere is building the Barstool of crypto and finance—a media company that partners with industry leaders like Polymarket, Avalanche, and Jupiter on brand positioning and narrative building. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is great at getting conversations started and thrives on outreach to bring in new business.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of outreach and top-of-funnel activity to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads.
  • Initiate first contact through cold DMs, social channels, and other proactive outreach methods.
  • Connect with key stakeholders in the Web3 space to open deals and spark interest in brand partnerships.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners to build long-term narrative-building relationships.
  • Drive growth by qualifying potential leads and bringing them into the sales ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Proven connections with 50+ Web3 projects or a strong network in the digital asset space.
  • Experience in high-volume outreach and top-of-funnel business development activity.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations through non-traditional social channels.
  • A deep passion for Web3, finance, and connecting with people to drive new business opportunities.
  • Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset to succeed in a fully remote environment.
