Job Description

About the Role: At Rehire Solutions, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the sales team and boost the generation of new business opportunities. This position is designed for a proactive, results-oriented sales professional who enjoys customer contact, prospecting, and pipeline generation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities (mainly outbound).
  • Contact leads through different channels (LinkedIn, email, calls) and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research the market, target companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage and keep the CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the acquisition strategy.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in commercial roles, sales, or lead generation (BDR/SDR).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn and a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Ability to work towards objectives and metrics in a proactive and dynamic way.
  • Bonus: Experience in recruiting, technology, or B2B services is highly valued.
