Job Description
About the Role: Safeguard Global is expanding its APAC Business Development Team. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a work-from-home position based in Manila, Philippines, driving new business growth across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
What You'll Do
- Research target companies and identify key stakeholders across the APAC region to support outreach campaigns.
- Execute all aspects of inside sales cold calling and outbound prospecting to maximize conversion into scheduled meetings.
- Work directly with the Sales Representative to schedule appointments and assist with follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities within Salesforce or the designated CRM system.
- Work ANZ business hours (aligned to AEST) to support outreach.
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B inside sales, business development, or customer support with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.
- Proven, demonstrable success cold calling and prospecting into ANZ (Australia and/or New Zealand) markets.
- Native or near-native English fluency with confident presentation skills to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
- Reliable high-speed home internet and a dedicated quiet work-from-home setup.
