Job Description

About the Role: Redial BPO is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively find new business through cold calling, emailing, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for our senior sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and evaluate customer needs.
  • Align Redial's value proposition with potential clients' business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation (BPO or SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
  • Fully Bilingual (C1/Native English) is indispensable.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT). Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to handle feedback and pivot quickly.
