Quisitive, one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build pipeline and drive revenue alongside the campaign marketing team and assigned Account Executives. This role focuses on relationship-driven sales, including responding to inbound interest, multi-threading into accounts, and running campaign-aligned outbound efforts—without high-volume cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify the entire buyer group, and schedule 15 to 25 qualified meetings per month.
  • Multi-thread into target accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
  • Research each account’s existing Microsoft relationship, licensing, and funding position to refine qualification and provide strong handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to align outbound efforts with events, webinars, and demand generation tactics using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute targeted, account-specific outbound campaigns via Salesloft, referencing trigger events and campaign content for personalized outreach.
  • Stay engaged with Account Executives post-first meeting to nurture opportunities into pipeline, leveraging AI tools like Copilot for research and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of inside sales experience, specializing in both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting, with a proven track record of converting meetings into pipeline.
  • Experience with list-building and campaign-based lead generation using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Salesloft.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-thread across buying groups.
  • Excellent CRM hygiene, organization, and time management under high-volume workloads.
  • Self-motivated, independent account ownership with adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • U.S.-focused sales experience, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone (due to territory coverage).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience partnering with marketing or campaign teams on demand generation tactics.
  • Experience coordinating with channel or alliance partners for joint account outreach.
  • A structured system for prioritizing accounts and managing follow-ups.
