Job Description

About the Role: Sensize is on a mission to revolutionise the supply chain by allowing reusable packaging companies to continuously track and monitor their assets. We are looking for proactive Business Development Managers to open doors, build early-stage relationships, and create a strong, qualified sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Identify prospects and initiate high-volume outbound conversations via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Book meetings, conduct demos, and manage the top-of-funnel sales pipeline.
  • Support proposal development, commercial discussions, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Attend major trade shows across Europe and the US, meeting prospects face-to-face (at least 30% travel).
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach.

What You Bring

  • Experience in business development, pipeline creation, and B2B outbound prospecting, ideally within a tech-focused company.
  • A commercially focused attitude and confidence starting conversations with new prospects.
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bonus: Experience selling tech, logistics, supply chain, IoT, or SaaS, plus European language skills.
