  • Gather market intelligence and business information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive information.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and generate business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a national territory.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Canada.

CSN Collision (operating at csncollision.ca) is a leading collision repair network designed to deliver high-precision, OEM-certified auto body and vehicle restoration services. Founded in 2002 by four industry trailblazers and headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, CSN Collision addresses the fragmented and often inconsistent collision repair landscape by standardizing quality, transparency, and efficiency across its network. Unlike traditional repair shops that may lack certification or specialized training, CSN ensures adherence to manufacturer specifications through a rigorous, tech-driven approach—leveraging advanced diagnostics, digital repair estimates, and partnerships with insurers to streamline claims processing. This empowers policyholders, insurers, and fleet operators to access reliable, consistent repairs with minimized downtime and cost overruns. With a presence spanning Canada, the USA, and Europe, CSN’s independently owned yet standardized centers serve as a trusted intermediary between customers and high-stakes vehicle restoration.
