Position Overview

The Business Development Executive for GIFT City, India is a strategic, market-facing sales leader responsible for accelerating DriveWealth’s expansion and commercial success in a priority international region. This role owns the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting Tier-1 global institutions and cultivating C-level relationships to negotiating complex, multi-year commercial agreements. Success is measured by executing go-to-market strategies that establish a dominant local presence and driving significant enterprise revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Business Development: Lead and scale end-to-end institutional sales pipelines targeting Tier-1 global entities, digital wallets, brokerage hubs, and retail banking networks across the region.
  • C-Suite Advisory: Serve as a highly credible infrastructure consultant to C-level financial executives, aligning DriveWealth's modern, extensible API toolkit with their macro corporate strategies.
  • Complex Deal Architecture: Structure, manage, and execute complex, multi-year commercial agreements, securing legally sound and mutually beneficial terms.
  • GTM & Field Intelligence: Run localized research and target regional intelligence gathering to implement aggressive go-to-market roadmaps and isolate enterprise product-market fit.
  • Cross-Functional Roadmapping: Act as the internal voice of APAC enterprise partners, collaborating with core Product, Engineering, and Legal layers to safely integrate partner requirements into the global roadmap.
  • Market Representation: Represent DriveWealth at executive-level financial industry events and tech conferences to enrich pipeline generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B enterprise sales experience within Financial Services, Fintech, Investment Banking, or Brokerage industries.
  • Deep working mastery of clearing brokerage mechanics, global financial services, and retail investing product cycles.
  • Superior presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills when interacting under pressure with corporate executives.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating cross-functional project blocks, prioritizing ruthlessly to drive complex contract conclusions to completion.
  • Familiarity leveraging modern sales tools and CRM suites (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, D&B Hoovers).
  • Highly proficient compiling executive data points inside Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel tools.
  • Location Context: Based out of GIFT City, Gujarat, India with a remote/flexible field posture requiring international travel across the broader regional territory as needed.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Impeccable high professional integrity, deep respect for risk management controls, and solid operational execution standards.

Preferred Assets

  • Active FINRA Series 7 certification is highly preferred.
