Your tasks include:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, functional requirements, and business rules;
- Support stakeholder consultation, requirements prioritization, and validation of proposed solutions;
- Assess business processes, identify gaps, and contribute to feasibility, impact, and risk analysis;
- Analyze and model business processes and workflows;
- Produce business and functional specifications;
- Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability;
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.
Requirements
- A university degree in IT combined with 9 years of relevant IT professional experience;
- Hands-on experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business needs, functional requirements, and business rules;
- Hands-on experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities;
- Hands-on experience in business process modeling using BPMN;
- Hands-on experience in requirements and solution modeling using UML;
- Hands-on experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Hands-on experience in producing business and functional specifications;
- Hands-on experience with backlog preparation and requirements traceability;
- Experience in participating in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities;
- At least one of the following certifications is mandatory: Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA), IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE);
- Excellent command of the English language.
