What You Will Work On
Clear Capital is seeking a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate. This role requires demonstrated exposure to project support, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency to perform business analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide project direction.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and analytical/critical-thinking skills to create data with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage through change and adapt to evolving environments.
- Strong history of mentoring and developing employees.
- Ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple complex projects.

About the Role
The Business Analyst provides intermediate-level analytical and strategic program support to Clear Capital’s CX Operations Group. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving strategic process improvements and delivering actionable insights through data analytics. The position reports to the Senior Director, Appraisal Innovation Operations, but collaborates extensively with CX Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product teams. Occasionally, this role supports and leads projects across ASG and other Clear Capital divisions.
