Job Description

About the Role: Helper Heroes is seeking a Branch Support Specialist (BSS) to join the operations team. You will be responsible for assisting Care Coordinators with scheduling caregivers and ensuring an outstanding client experience. What You'll Do

  • Assist assigned branches in daily operations and cover early morning calls/messages.
  • Place caregivers with clients based on needs and preferences while managing client relations.
  • Maintain cases, update schedules in the system, and place confirmation calls.
  • Assist recruiters with maintaining caregiver credentials and ensuring compliance.
  • Review billing/pay rates, confirm mileage reimbursements, and audit client files.
  • Support office operations by responding to call volume and project implementations.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of one year experience in the employment placement field (preferably healthcare) OR two years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent client/customer service skills and strong communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • Proficient with MS Office products and previous computer experience.
  • Problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: A college degree is preferred.
