You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, build trusted relationships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience every time.
We’re open to upskilling across 360° recruitment, but you’ll already bring solid stakeholder management and sourcing expertise—and if you’ve worked in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring, that’s even better.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across roles globally, with a focus on North America and Latin America, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture.
- Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
- Proven stakeholder management experience—comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Experience recruiting across different locations in North America and LATAM regions is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
