Position Overview
We are seeking highly organized, empathetic Bilingual Customer Support Representatives (English/Spanish) based in Latin America. In this remote role, you will act as the frontline problem-solver for our customers, offering vital assistance through chat, email, or phone depending on the specific client project. This position is ideally suited for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in writing clearly and genuinely enjoys guiding customers through their challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Support: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Issue Resolution: Help resolve basic product, service, account, or process-related issues with a strong solutions-oriented mindset.
- Professional Engagement: Communicate consistently with customers utilizing a clear, patient, and highly professional tone across all channels.
- System Documentation: Document conversations, maintain detailed notes, and execute follow-ups accurately within our internal systems.
- Process Adherence: Follow internal support protocols and defined escalation steps to ensure quality service delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Identify, track, and communicate recurring customer issues or bottlenecks to the broader team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong, fluent Spanish communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Intermediate-high to advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated professional writing skills with excellent grammar and tone management.
- Highly organized, patient, and deeply detail-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- Technical Readiness: Must possess a reliable, high-speed internet connection and the dedicated ability to operate effectively in a 100% remote capacity.
- Location Context: 100% remote operational flexibility geofenced exclusively for candidates permanently located within Mexico or Latin America.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Previous professional experience in customer service, call center operations, chat/email support, sales, or virtual assistant roles.
- Familiarity with standard customer support workflows, communication tools, and ticketing platforms.
