Position Overview

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial, multi-faceted powerhouse Growth Marketer to join our core Growth division as the B2B Marketing - UKI Growth Lead in a full-time remote capacity. In this high-velocity, role-agnostic execution seat, you will claim complete strategic ownership over accelerating our enterprise footprint across the United Kingdom and Ireland, while expanding tactical pipelines into the Nordic tech corridors. Moving far beyond traditional marketing frameworks, you will operate as a jack-of-all-trades who can seamlessly pivot from high-level multi-channel campaign planning to configuring complex automated outbound workflows. This position demands an absolute self-starter who treats operational chaos as a structural building asset, possesses high data analysis capabilities, and leverages AI-first workflows to drive enterprise conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy Ownership: Devise, establish, and execute the comprehensive B2B growth roadmap for the UKI and Nordic territories, owning pipeline performance indicators directly from initial lead generation down to revenue conversion.
  • Advanced Outbound Sequencing: Configure, monitor, and optimize automated multi-tier outbound sequences and lead-nurturing tracking frameworks to engage enterprise technology decision-makers.
  • Account-Based Marketing Campaigns: Partner tightly alongside performance engineering cells to deploy targeted retargeting funnels, hyper-focused ABM modules, and data-centric programmatic campaigns.
  • Event & Webinar Execution: Coordinate and run high-impact physical trade shows, corporate webinars, and localized industry events from baseline conceptualization through final operational output.
  • Collateral Content Sourcing: Write and design compelling sales collateral, thought leadership publications, and localized product messaging tailored to resonate across UKI and European enterprise structures.
  • Sponsorships & Alliance Management: Identify, evaluate, and orchestrate top-tier local vendor partnerships, media sponsorships, and regional growth associations to expand market visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional history running high-impact growth marketing, business development pipelines, performance marketing, or enterprise lead acquisition funnels.
  • Deep tactical command over digital customer acquisition tools, data analysis loops, performance optimization tracking, and automated campaign mechanics.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, highlighting a background founding a company, scaling early-stage startup systems, or leading highly technical side projects with full accountability.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication mechanics, showing absolute native fluency in the English language.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple complex workstreams concurrently within a flat, fast-moving, and low-bureaucracy organizational infrastructure.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote-first parameters open exclusively to qualified growth practitioners permanently residing within the United Kingdom or Ireland, with local networking proximity to London hubs.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience or deep functional mastery running data-centric SEO and content strategy initiatives to capture organic enterprise traffic.
  • Practical visual design skills creating interface elements or marketing assets using product design files inside Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated background utilizing advanced generative AI tools, prompt engineering workflows, or automation engines to speed up marketing delivery times.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional runway to completely own, design, and scale the regional acquisition engine for a generational, world-leading artificial intelligence ecosystem.
  • Highly competitive compensation metrics paired with countless internal professional growth paths across researchers, operators, and ex-founders.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters complemented by a monthly co-working office stipend if you operate away from our primary technology nodes.
  • An annual discretionary learning and development stipend alongside an annual discretionary social travel allowance to support personal meetups with your international colleagues.
  • Participation in our legendary annual corporate offsite assemblies bringing the global collective together in premium destinations such as Croatia and Italy.
  • An initial remote office setup allowance ($500 in your first year, followed by $400 annually), a monthly internet reimbursement allowance (up to $75/month), a fitness/gym reimbursement allowance (up to $50/month), and access to a premium Wellable wellness subscription.
