- Be a trusted point of contact by managing the Communications inbox and ensuring requests are handled quickly and effectively.
- Lead the publication of the Area Director version of our Camradarie magazine, coordinating updates, proofreading content, and ensuring every issue is accurate and delivered on time.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying new ways to make information easier to find, navigate, and use across the organization.
- Partner with teams across the business to deliver consistent, accurate communications and resources that support our franchise network.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, engaging, and polished content.
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, or similar resources that help teams succeed.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience managing knowledge management systems, intranets, learning platforms, or content management systems.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Quick to learn new technology and confident adapting to new tools and systems.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive while working independently in a remote environment.
Skills and Qualities That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Axero or similar knowledge management, intranet, learning management, or content management platforms.
- Experience supporting internal communications, publication editing, document governance, and version control.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and basic HTML or page-building tools is a plus.
- Experience supporting remote, franchise, or multi-location organizations is preferred.
