AWS Solution Architect

About the Role: At NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, we are redefining the future of business through the power of AI and groundbreaking technologies. We are looking for an AWS Solution Architect to ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, driving agent experience and productivity to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and outcomes for moving to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
• Lead discovery, facilitate business process reviews, and deliver deep architectural discussions for cloud deployments.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center designs leveraging AWS services and best practices.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams, ensuring proposed solutions on Salesforce and AWS Cloud are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and priorities.

What You Bring

• Customer-facing contact center experience with integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Hands-on scripting/coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js) and API integration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, and Contact Flow Design.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solution Architect certifications, along with Salesforce knowledge.
