Audio Transcription (Japanese Language)

About the Role: Chemin AI is looking for fluent Japanese and English speakers for a short-term remote project to help train AI language systems. Your task is to listen to Japanese audio recordings reflecting real-life speech and transcribe them accurately to improve AI voice recognition.

What You'll Do

• Listen to Japanese audio clips and transcribe them accurately.
• Segment audio into natural speech units and identify/label speakers when multiple voices are present.
• Add simple annotations such as gender, age group, and emotion.
• Follow project guidelines to maintain high-quality outputs with at least 95% accuracy.

What You Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Native or JLPT N3 – N2+ proficiency).
• Strong listening skills to understand various Japanese accents and speaking styles.
• Detail-oriented and patient mindset, with the ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines.
• A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Bonus: Previous experience in transcription, data labeling, or AI-related projects.
