Associate Talent Partner

About the Role: Clipboard is a fast-growing Series C marketplace that connects workplaces and professionals. We are looking for an Associate Talent Partner to sit within our central Talent team, embedded into hiring teams to manage recruitment tasks including coordination, scheduling, and candidate sourcing.

What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain jobs in Ashby (ATS), coordinate interviews, and track weekly recruiting metrics.
• Find great candidates through creative sourcing strategies and build out talent pipelines for key roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build target profiles, draft job descriptions, and develop effective screening processes.
• Take full ownership of the candidate experience, continuously improving hiring workflows using analytics and feedback.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience, with 1+ years specifically in recruiting.
• Proven track record working in fast-paced and high-volume hiring environments (Series A/B/C preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly organized approach to managing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
