About the Role: Sprinto is an AI-native GRC platform helping 3,000+ customers manage risks and audits. We are hiring an Associate Director to own our SMB segment across India and APAC. This is a segment leadership role where you will be responsible for the strategy, the sales motion, and the team that executes it. We value a field-first culture where leaders build real relationships face-to-face to drive conversion.
What You'll Do
- Drive Pipeline via Field Presence: Own the in-person sales motion for India and APAC, modeling a field-first culture and building a strong network of SMB decision-makers.
- Build Segment Playbooks: Design full-funnel pipeline strategies across outbound, field, and inbound channels, documenting them for scalable execution.
- Develop Leaders: Coach Team Leads (TLs) from strong operators into strategic leaders who can manage their pods independently.
- Segment Strategy: Set the 2-3 year direction for SMB in the region, defining success metrics and managing leading indicators.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Ops to drive integrated business outcomes.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role owning a specific region or segment.
- Experience selling technical solutions (compliance, security, infrastructure) to CTO, CISO, or Head of Engineering buyers.
- A "field seller" heart with a proven track record of building pipelines through in-person relationships.
- A strong network of SMB decision-makers in India (CTOs, CISOs) ready to be activated.
- Experience building repeatable sales motions and coaching operators into leaders.
- Location requirement: Based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, or Hyderabad with a willingness to travel significantly.
