Appointment Setting & Outbound Calling Virtual Assistant

About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to deliver remote services as an Appointment Setting & Outbound Calling Virtual Assistant. You will support a health insurance advisor by conducting outbound calls to warm leads and scheduling appointments. This role is strictly focused on appointment setting — no quoting or sales closing experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm insurance leads.
• Qualify basic interest and schedule appointments with the client.
• Handle common objections professionally (e.g., "not interested," "no time").
• Log call outcomes, notes, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Utilize client-provided VoIP dialing systems and lead management platforms.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center roles.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing and repetitive call workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in insurance, telemarketing, or lead generation.
