Amazon Marketplace Specialist

About the Role: BEMS Ventures is an e-commerce business operating multiple Amazon brands in the US market across toys, home goods, and seasonal products. We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to live in the backend and keep our Amazon operations running smoothly. You will manage the product lifecycle alongside our dynamic and international team.

What You'll Do

• Manage bulk uploads, listing creation, and variation setup using flat files and feed templates.
• Maintain account health, handle appeals proactively, and ensure catalog accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct keyword and market research to stay ahead of category trends.
• Launch A/B tests, schedule deals, implement price changes, and cooperate with the Ads team.
• Monitor performance and spot issues before they escalate, flagging and fixing problems methodically.

What You Bring

• Strong Amazon Seller Central account management experience.
• Expert-level bulk file management (flat files, inventory loaders, feed templates).
• Experience with variation family creation, troubleshooting, and submitting successful account appeals.
• Listing optimization and content creation skills for Amazon product pages.
• Bonus: Experience generating process improvement ideas, product research background, and basic understanding of Amazon Ads metrics.
