Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our core global E-commerce Performance cell in a full-time remote capacity within the Philippines. Operating under general supervision on a strict Pacific Standard Time (PST) operational shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will claim complete strategic and operational accountability for designing, optimizing, and monitoring search advertising portfolios across a diverse client roster of various business types, sizes, and industries. Moving completely past basic check-box keyword tracking, you will act as a principal Subject Matter Expert (SME), interpreting raw retail data points into actionable marketing game plans. This high-agency role demands a seasoned media buyer who excels at managing higher-risk budget decisions involving significant capital, commands advanced spreadsheet modeling mechanics, and can effortlessly translate ad console performance into overall retail business victory.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Campaign Optimization: Manage, monitor, and scale high-volume Amazon search advertising campaigns across multi-tenant client accounts, executing detailed daily bid optimizations and high-level strategy shifts.
- Analytical Performance Triage: Provide insightful data analysis, semantic keyword interpretations, and actionable performance plans based on raw data layers extracted from Amazon Ad Console and retail media platforms.
- SME Knowledge Share: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Trainual corporate content owner for specialized media functions, creating technical reports and guiding engineering peers during weekly scrums.
- Multi-Platform Ad Management: Architect, implement, and audit structured paid acquisition campaigns across varied networks, including Google Ads, Walmart Connect, and Amazon 3rd Party Ad Platforms.
- Advanced Market & Competitor Analysis: Lead in-depth retail market research and competitor matrix tracking, utilizing statistical discoveries to inform bid scaling models and seasonal ad distribution schedules.
- Data-Driven Spreadsheet Modeling: Program, clean, and navigate complex client metrics dashboards and reporting models natively utilizing advanced formulas inside Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Workflow Automation Integration: Leverage next-generation AI tools, generative utilities, and internal delegation resources safely to maximize operational workflow effectiveness and campaign scaling speed.
- Corporate Alignment & Reporting: Isolate campaign runtime anomalies, diagnose underlying bidding errors, and pitch data-backed optimization remedies to managers to maintain absolute alignment with client criteria.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of verified professional history running paid search acquisition, digital performance marketing, e-commerce media buying, or marketing agency account management.
- Demonstrated commercial background managing and scaling advertising campaigns natively inside the Amazon Ad Console workspace.
- Practical, hands-on operational literacy configuring search ads or tracking retail parameters across alternative portals like Google Ads or Walmart Connect.
- Advanced quantitative data skills using spreadsheet infrastructure, highlighting an expert navigation history within Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for deep-dive tracking.
- Proven capacity to manage higher-risk client decisions independently, safely governing significant corporate advertising capital.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with an absolute capacity to cooperate smoothly inside internal agency groups and present data transparently to external business clients.
- Operational Shift Constraint: Complete availability to work full-time remote hours mapped natively to the **9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)** business schedule.
- Location Context: Full-time parameters open exclusively to qualified performance marketing specialists based permanently within the Philippines to execute from home.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- A Bachelor’s Degree focused natively on Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce Operations, or a closely related quantitative field of study.
- Prior experience authoring digital training manuals, onboarding playbooks, or standard operating procedures within a Trainual or documentation wiki hub.
- Familiarity with programmatic ad bidding rules, attribution modeling, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks on retail landing landing spaces.
