Mid-market companies know AI will reshape their business. Few have anyone whose actual job is to make it happen.

The reason is structural. AI transformation touches every function, but it lives in none of them. The CEO has a hundred priorities, and the CFO, COO, and department heads each see only their slice. No single executive is driving AI across the whole business, so momentum stalls, pilots don't scale, and the gap between what was promised and what's happening widens every quarter.

That's the gap you fill. As an AI Transformation Partner at Pragmatico, you own our client relationships and are accountable for what happens inside them: the strategy, the delivery, the growth, and the outcomes. You are the quarterback. The single person the client calls when something matters, the person who keeps the Pragmatico team aligned behind the scenes, and the person who sees the expansion opportunity before anyone else does. Your accounts grow because you make them grow.

This role requires someone who can sit with a CEO in the morning, align the Pragmatico delivery team at noon, and close an expansion conversation in the afternoon. You won't need to do the technical work yourself. Our AI product managers and AI engineers handle workflow execution and process redesigns, and our AI Trainers execute the training sessions. Your job is to hold the relationship, drive the outcomes, and grow the business. You are also expected to be a genuine AI practitioner yourself. The clients you serve are on a transformation journey, and your credibility in the room depends on you being ahead of them, not alongside them.

What You'll Do

You own every engagement end-to-end. You are accountable for everything that happens inside it, from strategy to delivery to outcomes. If the training is stalling, that is yours to fix. If the engineering workstream is behind, that is yours to move. If the CEO is losing confidence, that is yours to rebuild.

You translate executive conversations into concrete programs, build AI transformation roadmaps mapped to each client's actual business: their economics, their priorities, the KPIs they are measured on. You bring the board-ready ROI reporting that ties AI transformation to measurable business outcomes.

Grow the relationships you lead. The deeper you go, the more you will see where Pragmatico can do more for a client. You identify the opportunity, build the business case, present ROI to executive sponsors, and close it. Your book grows because you grow it. The clients you serve become references, speak at our events, and show up in case studies with real business-metric ROI. This is a quota-carrying role, and the expectation is that you meet or exceed it.

Facilitate each client’s AI steering committee with the client’s senior leadership team. Facilitate alignment on AI strategy, tie it to the business KPIs that actually matter, and leave every meeting with prioritized action items and clear owners on both sides.

Drive the work between meetings. Keep multi-workstream engagements moving when nobody at the client is getting paid to drive them. Track accountability, follow up without nagging, escalate without burning relationships, and get owners on both sides to actually deliver.

Feed every client engagement back into Pragmatico's product and service roadmap. What you learn in the field shapes the adoption analytics, the training, and the playbook itself.

Who You Are

At least 8 to 10 years in strategic account management, management consulting, or professional services, with a track record of owning senior client relationships.

A trusted advisor to senior executives with demonstrated executive presence. Proven track record of walking into C-level conversations with a data-backed point of view, establishing credibility fast, and building momentum around transformation.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role, with a demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities, build the business case, and close deals.

Experience leading engagements across multiple internal functions, aligning delivery teams, keeping workstreams on track, and serving as the single point of accountability for a client.

Deep intellectual curiosity about how businesses actually work. Gets fluent in a new client's economics, revenue model, cost structure, and strategic priorities fast, and uses that understanding to drive better decisions in every conversation.

Hands-on AI fluency with genuine opinions about where AI creates value and where it falls short, formed through daily personal use, not just professional exposure.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Direct experience advising clients on AI roadmap, organizational readiness, and implementation strategy is preferred.
