Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally forward-thinking, data-focused, and highly technical AI Software Engineer to join our core backend innovation group under a permanent, full-time fully remote engagement framework available anywhere within Turkey. Operating at the direct intersection of massive event-driven architectures and state-of-the-art machine learning toolsets, you will step up to claim absolute backend service creation, high-availability data engineering, and programmatic LLM system pipeline accountability. Shifting completely away from basic template modifications, simple data logging tasks, or non-technical support management syncs, you will run an active high-throughput API design, agentic AI component building, and real-time data streaming laboratory—partnering face-to-face with core distributed systems developers, data scientists, product infrastructure architects, and international tech directors. This position requires a senior software artisan with 4+ years of systems experience who builds low-latency backend microservices fluidly natively using AI Engineer and Go paradigms, evaluates emerging generative developer utilities cleanly within daily workflow loops, and directs multi-tier agentic workflows confidently to service 25% of global consumer populations.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Scale API and Backend Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize highly resilient, scalable, and secure backend systems, microservices, and micro-APIs managing massive real-time data streams natively utilizing AI Engineer protocols.
• Generative Workflow Integration: Embed cutting-edge AI-powered development solutions (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) natively into daily engineering tasks, up-leveling the seed, debugging transparency, and document hygiene of code reviews.
• Agentic Component Design: Architect and test emerging agentic software patterns, including structured tool/function calling parameters, complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) modules, and multi-step agent workflows.
• System Telemetry and Observability: Monitor, analyze, and optimize key distributed processing metrics, ensuring extreme availability across a massive cluster containing over 100 TB of predictive data models.
• Technical Guidance and Skill Scaling: Mentor junior developers on clean code practices, modern backend development strategies, and responsible AI-driven engineering patterns to foster a high-performance workspace.
• Cross-Squad Agile Alignment: Collaborate directly with cross-functional product, analytics, and operational teams to rapidly translate evolving platform demands into maintainable production services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of verified professional history operating within a backend software engineering, cloud architecture, or technical data engineering capacity.
• Core Technical Requirement: Extensive, deep practical development experience architecting high-availability systems with Go as your primary programming language.
• Proven background using and optimizing AI-driven developer systems (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) across complex code refactoring, system design, and automated testing tasks.
• Solid architectural command of modern testing paradigms, code quality control, continuous database monitoring, and infrastructure observability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration strengths, with full professional written and verbal fluency in English to engage with an international multi-nationality workspace.
• Location Context: Position operates under a fully remote framework open exclusively to technical talent residing and working permanently within Turkey.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Applied familiarity using advanced AI orchestration structures and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Strands Agents, or LlamaIndex.
• Prior background maintaining massive relational or NoSQL datastores under intense query stress.
• Exposure to native mobile development tracks or high-volume instant notification pushing infrastructure.
