AI & Process Automation Engineer

About the Role: Binalyze is building the category-defining investigation platform the industry has been missing. We are hiring an AI & Process Automation Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to design and build AI-powered automations that free up real capacity across the business, starting with our GTM teams.

What You'll Do

• Map problems, design solutions, and build workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across business tools (CRMs, HR platforms, comms tools).
• Improve how our data, documentation, and processes are structured so that automations have clean, reliable inputs.
• Autonomously manage your workload across multiple concurrent builds.

What You Bring

• Experience mapping and redesigning business processes.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms (n8n experience is a strong plus).
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in real business workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in a SaaS company, familiarity with GTM tooling (HubSpot, Gong), and measuring automation impact.
