AI LoRA Character Creator (Full Remote - Worldwide)

About the Role: EverAI is building the future of AI companionship, serving over 50 million users. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. This is a hands-on role where you will train, test, and refine AI-generated characters to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

What You'll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI character creation, from concept and face generation to LoRA training, testing, and iteration.
• Test generative AI characters for consistency, correctness, and overall user experience quality.
• Follow trends and data to ensure content is unique, fresh, and culturally relevant.
• Research new techniques, models, LoRAs, and workflows to keep characters innovative and competitive.
• Collaborate closely with character creators, AI engineers, and developers to test new features.

What You Bring

• Technical proficiency in LoRA training with a drive to continuously improve workflows and outputs.
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection.
• Comfort with repetitive training, testing cycles, and fast-turnaround changes.
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and models such as Pony, Flux, or Z-image.
• Note: Must be comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content (SFW and NSFW).
