Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/Python Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent, LLM-powered systems from the ground up. In this high-impact engineering track, you will utilize Python and Microsoft Azure to transition innovative AI prototypes into robust, production-grade pipelines. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking developer who thrives in building complex multi-agent architectures, optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and scaling enterprise systems while ensuring strict compliance with global data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Intelligent System Architecture: Design and implement scalable Python and Azure-based solutions to solve complex, real-world agricultural business problems.
• Advanced AI Workflows: Build, deploy, and maintain sophisticated RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and seamless LLM-powered application workflows.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously audit and optimize existing machine learning infrastructure and backend systems for maximum performance and scalability.
• Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all AI models, data pipelines, and data handling practices strictly comply with international data privacy and security regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong, production-grade engineering skills in Python paired with deep familiarity with core data science libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Solid cloud infrastructure experience with a specific mandate for Microsoft Azure services and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Hands-on, verifiable experience engineering with modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, alongside RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with the emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardizing AI model connections to external enterprise data sources.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational flexibility open to top-tier technical professionals based in India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Experience utilizing AWS Bedrock for foundation model access and deployment.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Background in specialized AI domains including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
