Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, multi-language fluent, and platform-proficient Senior AI Engineer to join our elite core product team under a permanent, full-time 100% remote layout open to global applicants. In this cross-functional artificial intelligence and full-stack software engineering seat, you will play a critical role designing, training, and implementing specialized AI assistant technology and low-latency contextual brokers. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription logs, basic promotional copywriting, or standard data entry modifications, you will run an active graph-relational database orchestration, natural language processing (NLP) tokenization, and multi-agent workflow runtime laboratory. Partnering directly with embedded Data Scientists, DevOps architects, and Product Managers, you will build robust front-end and back-end application layers that transform abstract corporate event logs into scalable, secure, and production-ready automation features. This position requires a systems-fluent software authority with 7+ years of history who designs distributed network boundaries natively using AI Engineer and advanced compiled or dynamic language primitives, commands practical experience configuring high-dimensional vector databases, and thrives inside early-stage software lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Application Infrastructure Governance: Architect, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack software systems and specialized conversational AI engines natively utilizing AI Engineer best practices.
• Graph-Relational Data Instrumentation: Model, optimize, and connect high-throughput database layers across multi-tenant environments, managing consistency trade-offs across PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4j, Milvus, or MongoDB setups.
• Natural Language Pipeline Customization: Design, calibrate, and monitor production-grade language processing workflows utilizing prominent open-source NLP libraries and model architectures such as spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Full-Stack Component Scaffolding: Write, inspect, and deploy clean, maintainable frontend interface designs and secure backend services leveraging React, Vue.js, or native cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Tauri, Electron).
• Performance Diagnostics & Optimization: Benchmark, analyze, and continually optimize web processing infrastructures for extreme responsiveness, defense-in-depth security, and sub-second scaling latencies.
• Agile Quality Assurance Leadership: Participate actively in code reviews, maintain standardized technical documentations, define engineering style books, and patch complex defects under fluid early-stage timelines.
• CI/CD Pipeline Verification: Collaborate with DevOps cells to orchestrate fully automated continuous integration patterns and secure testing runs natively powered by GitHub Actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of proven, successful professional software development history operating as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI Solutions Architect, Applied Machine Learning Developer, Systems Programmer, or closely matching technical capacity.
• Expert Polyglot Programming Command: Demonstrated production-grade fluency deploying code using both compiled languages (such as Rust, Go, OCaml, Java, or C#) and dynamic scripting languages (specifically Python or JavaScript).
• Advanced operational literacy constructing modular user application technologies leveraging React or Vue.js frameworks.
• Hands-on technical familiarity managing database performance parameters across relational nodes (PostgreSQL) and structured graph or vector spaces (specifically Neo4j, Pinecone, Milvus, or MongoDB).
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving habits, with a verified history of building lasting products and managing a wide spectrum of technical tasks inside early-stage startup or joint-venture environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established ability to self-direct and collaborate seamlessly across distributed global teams.
