AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, voice-enabled applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with voice technologies and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, with the ability to build, integrate, test, and optimize AI-powered solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to develop intelligent systems that can understand, process, and respond to human speech. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to work on practical applications of conversational AI, speech processing, and machine learning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy voice-based AI applications and intelligent conversational systems.
• Work with speech technologies such as Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice recognition, speech processing, and conversational AI.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production applications.
• Build pipelines for processing and analyzing voice and conversational data.
• Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall performance of voice AI systems.
• Integrate third-party AI, speech, and LLM APIs into applications and workflows.
• Experiment with different AI/ML approaches and evaluate model performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot AI/voice application issues across development and production environments.
• Develop testing and evaluation frameworks for voice and AI model outputs.
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, conversational AI, speech technologies, and machine learning.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong practical experience with Voice AI and conversational systems.
• Understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
• Experience integrating voice or conversational AI APIs and services.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another modern programming language.
• Familiarity with APIs, backend services, data processing, and software development practices.
• Understanding of conversational workflows, intent recognition, dialogue systems, or voice-based user experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently take ownership of technical tasks.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of NLP, speech recognition, speaker identification, audio processing, or signal processing.
• Experience working with vector databases and embedding-based search.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
• Experience evaluating and monitoring AI model performance.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning or adapting AI/ML models for domain-specific applications.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
