AI Content Specialist

About the Role: Spekit is reimagining how people work and learn in an AI-first world. We are looking for an AI Content Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will use AI agents, LLMs, and automation to scrape websites, convert documents, and build out structured Spekit orgs while acting as the editorial quality control to ensure outputs are well-structured, well-written, and well-designed.

What You'll Do

• Use AI agents and LLM-based workflows to generate topic structures, landing pages, and Spek libraries.
• Review, refine, and rewrite AI-generated content to ensure it is clear, concise, and sounds human.
• Apply a design sensibility to every org you build, focusing on hierarchy, formatting, and logical flow.
• Partner with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to scope out customer needs before building.
• Run AI-assisted audits of a customer's existing content library to build clear migration plans.

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal English skills to rewrite complex documents and communicate with customers via Zoom.
• A genuine design eye to fix formatting and layout issues proactively.
• Curiosity about and hands-on comfort with AI tools, using LLMs daily to get better outputs.
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Familiarity with sales enablement, SaaS environments, prompt engineering, or background in UX writing/editorial work.
