About Vosyn: At Vosyn (vosyn.ai), we embrace the exciting, game-changing world of Artificial Intelligence, driving innovation and pioneering impactful projects across various industries. We are a trailblazing Language Synthesis AI firm reshaping global communication by dissolving language barriers and empowering users worldwide. We believe in fostering a culture of flexibility, continuous improvement, and solution-focused strategies where every idea is welcomed, nurtured, and scaled to new heights. Currently, we are at the forefront of a significant IPO endeavor—truly a unicorn in the making. Vosyn equips high-agency application builders with an uncompromised development canvas to iterate rapidly, pilot experimental products, and orchestrate automated web interfaces at scale.

Position Overview

We are seeking a resourceful, fast-moving, and systems-minded AI Application Builder Intern to join our engineering division under a temporary contract framework open to fully remote candidates globally. This position is custom-tailored for a Master’s level student who builds software primarily by directing AI coding engines rather than hand-writing every line of boilerplate code from scratch—a modern development paradigm frequently referred to as "vibecoding." Shifting completely away from plain long-form technical writing, theoretical abstract modeling, or routine slow-paced text editing, you will run an active prompt engineering, high-velocity web prototyping, and full-stack integration laboratory—partnering face-to-face with Applied AI engineers, data integration specialists, and product stakeholders. This position requires an adaptive technical scholar who shapes working web platforms fluidly natively using AI Engineer workflows, evaluates machine-generated code blocks cleanly to ensure security and maintenance boundaries, and drives deployment cycles confidently to ship actual working tools at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Web Prototyping: Build responsive web applications, internal tools, and production-ready landing pages primarily through the orchestration of AI development tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt.new, and v0.
  • Brief and Roadmap Translation: Convert written client briefs, product feature requests, and operational roadmaps into deployable software features cleanly natively utilizing AI Engineer strategies.
  • Iterative Prompt Optimization: Formulate, test, and optimize complex prompting sequences to guide LLM models through multistep code modifications and functional adjustments.
  • Code Verification and Debugging: Review, audit, and refactor AI-generated script blocks to guarantee they remain clean, secure, and maintainable over time rather than simply executing once.
  • Full-Stack Retrieval Integration: Connect custom frontend layouts securely with cloud-based backend services, database agents, and context retrieval modules built by Applied AI teams.
  • Escalation and Engineering Scoping: Analyze application challenges to identify where AI-assisted vibecoding achieves optimal output and where hand-written interventions or senior team engineering support is mandated.
  • Asynchronous Collaboration: Deploy code blocks rapidly, capture real-world user feedback patterns, and document prompt workflows inside Notion for team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory current enrollment in, or recent graduation from, an accredited Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a highly relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Proven practical experience building and launching web applications natively utilizing AI Engineer tools (such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Replit Agent, or GitHub Copilot).
  • Strong prompt engineering architecture skills, showing a clear ability to break down a product architecture into incremental prompting stages.
  • Foundational software engineering literacy across JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS to read, evaluate, and patch machine-generated codebase structures.
  • Comfort handling basic version control networks using Git/GitHub along with standard cloud web deployment steps.
  • An aggressive personal bias toward shipping functional code prototypes rather than drafting abstract implementation documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication precision within highly collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Location Context: Position features 100% remote parameters, allowing candidates to operate from Any Location (Remote), with physical corporate headquarters located in Etobicoke, ON, Canada.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • An active portfolio, public GitHub profile, or accessible live links demonstrating personal apps built using generative code tools.
  • Familiarity wiring frontend code architectures into Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) ecosystems like Supabase or Firebase.
  • Prior involvement or deep personal curiosity regarding natural language processing (NLP) or language synthesis systems.

What We Offer

  • Vetted, Competitive AI-Era Hourly Compensation Blueprint: A transparent hourly compensation package fixed precisely at $32.00 USD per hour under a full-time or part-time contract internship arrangement.
  • The spectacular professional canvas to own and deploy AI products within a fast-scaling pre-IPO language tech unicorn.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering an autonomous virtual space from any global region with zero physical commuting friction.
  • An energetic, flat corporate environment driven by rapid learning, where technical curiosity and unconventional development paths are championed.
