AI Adoption & Training Manager

About the Role: Vocal is seeking an AI Adoption & Training Manager to help lead our organization's AI utilization strategy. This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning, and organizational strategy. You will own the AI adoption roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with our tech team to design and scope custom solutions that go well beyond out-of-the-box tools.

What You'll Do

• Lead a comprehensive audit of workflows across teams to identify high-impact inefficiencies and develop an AI adoption roadmap.
• Design and own the organization's AI training strategy, including workshops and best practice guides for tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Identify opportunities for custom plugins, automations, and agentic workflows, partnering with the tech team to deliver solutions.
• Serve as the internal AI authority, monitoring the landscape and translating trends into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Build frameworks and governance structures to support responsible and secure AI use across the organization.
• Align stakeholders at all levels around AI initiatives to drive buy-in and sustained culture change.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption, workflow transformation, or change management initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking: able to assess organizational needs and build a prioritized roadmap.
• Proven expertise in current AI tooling capabilities—agentic workflows, MCPs, custom agents, and computer use.
• Exceptional communicator: comfortable presenting to executives and facilitating hands-on sessions with ICs.
• Deep familiarity with how engineering, product, and operations teams work.
• Genuine, informed enthusiasm for the AI space with independent views on evolving tech.
• Preferred: Experience rolling out new workflows to 20+ people and building governance frameworks.
