Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, AI-powered, and deeply technical Agentic Growth Marketing Lead to join our small, skilled marketing team under a permanent, full-time layout open exclusively to candidates based in the United States. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will step up to claim ultimate top-of-funnel traffic generation, conversion optimization, and end-to-end multi-channel experimentation accountability. Shifting completely away from legacy administrative text writing, low-level social media scheduling, or detached strategy building, you will run an active growth automation, artificial intelligence engineering, and analytical marketing laboratory. This position requires a builder with 5 to 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience who scales digital demand motions fluidly natively using SEO strategies, deploys autonomous agents into live acquisition loops cleanly, and tracks downstream product trials confidently to supercharge our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Productization Management: Treat top-of-funnel demand generation as a core software product, structuring distinct experiments, defining performance indicators, and running weekly optimization shipping protocols natively utilizing SEO frameworks.
  • Autonomous Agent Integration: Build, manage, and iterate automated growth funnels utilizing advanced AI models and agents to run complex cross-channel marketing workflows autonomously.
  • Traffic and Trial Ownership: Drive high-intent traffic directly to the main platform web ecosystem, partnering alongside the Product Growth squad to guarantee flawless trial handoffs.
  • Comprehensive Multi-Channel Testing: Deploy and evaluate diverse growth vectors including targeted ad copies, interactive video distributions, landing page structures, and viral product-led feedback loops.
  • LLM Optimization Strategy: Develop advanced approaches to maximize brand discovery across conversational tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and emergent LLM organic frameworks.
  • Performance Attribution: Establish and track detailed conversion loops to validate organic acquisition success, strictly monitoring CAC, LTV, and payback metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of verified professional history in B2B SaaS growth marketing, digital acquisition, or as a tech startup founder.
  • Advanced AI Workflow Automation: Proven history embedding autonomous AI tools and custom software interfaces deeply inside your daily operational marketing systems.
  • Deep understanding of organic acquisition systems, with specific, forward-looking opinions regarding search behaviors across next-generation LLM platforms.
  • Strong analytical capability, treating the main storefront, acquisition channels, and target metrics as a unified financial system.
  • Proven background of launching a personal side project, brand, or business, demonstrating absolute accountability to bottom-line results.
  • Location Context: Position operates under strict remote parameters open exclusively to qualified growth leads residing within the USA.
