At Mindera, we believe in building software that improves lives. As an Agentic Engineering Coach, you will help accelerate the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic software development practices across our engineering teams. Combining hands-on software development expertise with deep experience using AI tooling and modern workflows, you will have the following focus:
- Team Coaching & Enablement: Work directly with engineering teams to embed AI-assisted and agentic development practices into daily workflows. Coach teams on balancing engineering quality, security, and maintainability with AI-assisted development.
- Delivery & Productivity Optimization: Partner with engineering leadership to identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity through the use of AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration.
- Prototyping & Architecture: Remain hands-on by building prototypes, examples, and reference implementations demonstrating effective agentic development patterns.
- Prompting & Validation Best Practices: Help engineers develop effective prompting, validation, and review techniques to ensure robust model outputs.
- Metrics & Impact Measurement: Help teams measure and understand the tangible impact of AI-assisted engineering practices on software delivery outcomes.
- Innovation & Standards Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices, standards, and guidance. Stay current with emerging agentic development techniques and identify appropriate opportunities for adoption across the organization.
