Ads & Marketing Support Specialist

About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to serve as an Ads & Marketing Support Specialist. You will deliver remote services to clients worldwide, focusing on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, social media, and Google Ads to improve business efficiency and maximize ROI.

What You'll Do

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook, social media, and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.).
• Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting, and adjust budgets and strategies based on data.
• Identify trends, provide actionable insights, and ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates for stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign monitoring, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and bilingual (Spanish and English) proficiency.
