About the Role: Shadow Light Studios partners with influential global brands like Snapchat, Monster Energy, and Golden Goose to create high-performing creatives for paid media and digital campaigns. We are looking for a talented Ads Graphic Designer who can produce scroll-stopping static ad creatives that drive real results across social platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design platform-ready static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
- Produce multiple variations quickly for A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Build thumb-stopping visuals that match client brand worlds, tone, and campaign goals.
- Iterate rapidly on bold ideas, working closely with creative directors for revisions.
- Maintain clean file structures and highly organized project folders.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio of static ad creative work demonstrating expertise in visual hierarchy, color, and layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Ability to work fast and deliver high-quality designs without relying on templates.
- Detail-oriented mindset with an openness to tight feedback loops and revisions.
- Bonus: Experience producing or editing short-form video ads.
