Accounting Operations Manager

About the Role: Nabis is the #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform in the world, supplying $1B+ worth of products annually. We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Accounting Operations function, focusing on cash applications, brand payments, and the Order-to-Cash cycle.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to accounting operations and implement corrective actions.
• Streamline and optimize cash application and payment reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
• Oversee invoice generation, revenue reconciliation, and prepare audit letters for internal/external audits.
• Supervise and manage the accounting operations team, providing guidance and training.
• Collaborate with Engineering for automation tools and Legal for compliance.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, cash application, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities to solve complex accounting issues.
