Job Description

About the Role: At Vibe.co, we're reimagining how brands reach audiences in the age of streaming. We are looking for an Account Manager Asia Pacific to own the success and growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients across APAC. This role goes beyond campaign management: you will act as a strategic partner, driving performance, shaping client strategy, and directly contributing to revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of CTV campaigns for enterprise clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, explaining performance, suggesting next steps, and identifying opportunities to scale budgets or upsell services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve platform or campaign problems.
  • Act as a key product expert and trusted resource for clients and internal teams.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in the CTV world.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns for app advertisers and understanding mobile growth dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and attribution tracking.
  • Commercially minded, with experience owning or contributing to revenue growth, upsell, or account expansion.
  • Fully fluent Mandarin and English speaker to communicate effectively with clients across Greater China and the entire APAC region.
