How Does the Work Process Look Like?

• Build long-term relationships with your own base of premium users—they know you by name and reach out to you specifically;

• Support the user end-to-end: resolve daily requests, complex cases, and handle situations where the user plans to leave the product;

• Handle communication independently via email, online chats, and calls, and ensure the quality of the experience with your user base;

• Work with AI and automation, which take over routine tasks and allow you to focus on communication and finding the best solutions;

• Become the voice of the user within the team: notice insights, pass them on to the product, and directly influence improvements in the user experience.

What Are We Looking For?

• English proficiency at B2 level: written communication is the primary working tool, and conversational skills are needed for calls;

• 2+ years of experience working with clients in roles such as support, account management, sales, or customer success. The most valuable experience for us is working with premium/VIP segments or high-value clients;

• Write communications that get responses: personalization, a lively tone, and a clear call to action;

• Explain complex things in simple terms, without unnecessary technical jargon;

• Keep the focus of the conversation during calls and chats, and handle objections;

• Willingness to work in evening shifts with a 5/2 schedule (16:00–00:00);

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe);

• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools;
